Placed inside a piping bag, cooked at 70c water bath for 17 minutes. Playing with fire and water.

Martes, 2 de agosto de 2011. PASTEL DE QUESO MANCHEGO CON PIÑA. 100 g Dados de piña. Precalentar el horna a 175ºC. Cortar la piña limpia a daditos y saltearla con la mantequilla y los 20grs. de azúcar, hasta que quede bien caramelizada. Forrar el molde con papel de alumino. Mezclar el resto de ingredientes excepto la piña en la termomix o turmix. Llenar el molde, repartir la piña y cocer a 175ºC durante 17-18 minutos.
